Rules & Regulations
1. Age - 15 years and older.
2. Who can participate: Open to students and developers all across the globe.
3. Participant needs to carry their own laptops.
4. For any doubt or query, you can connect with the concern person of the hackathon.
5. Participant must hold Indian citizenship.
Participant Prerequisites
1. One project must be submitted per team.
2. Teams can use libraries, frameworks, or open source code in their projects.
Judgement Criteria
1. Your code repository must be public, and must include an open-source license.
2. All submissions must be created during the timeframe of the hackathon.
3. It is mandatory for at least one member to register with their team name.
4. No plagiarized code may be submitted.
5. Projects submitted at this hackathon may not be submitted at another events.

HackIndia is poised to be the largest Web3 hackathon India has ever witnessed, igniting the passion for Web3 technologies among students and empowering them to build innovative solutions for the future. This two-level competition offers a unique platform for companies to connect with a vibrant community of tech enthusiasts and contribute to shaping the landscape of Web3 development in India. Two-Level Structure: Level 1: Regional Spark: Seven regional hackathons will be held across India, attracting over 10,000 passionate students from 59 participating schools. Level 2: HackIndia Ignite (Delhi Finals): The top 700 hackers from the regional rounds will converge in Delhi for the grand finale, showcasing their talent on a national stage.
